Inle Lake & Pindaya is located in Shan State. The distance between the two destinations is about 57.2 km, 1.5 hours drive.

Inle is a freshwater lake located in the Nyaungshwe Township, Shan State. Inle Lake, natural and unpolluted, is famous for its scenic beauty and the unique leg-rowing of the Inthas, the native lake dwellers, who are unique for their leg rowing.  Different ethnic nationals of the area live on floating islands of vegetation.

Pindaya is a small picturesque town, is famous for its limestone caves, its attractive lakeside setting, and the traditional Shan paper umbrellas that are manufactured here.  Pindaya is noted for its natural limestone Caves housing over 8,000 Buddha Images of various sizes, made from teak, lacquer, marble, alabaster and cement, and an picturesque Bouketaloke lake surrounded by shady giant Banyan trees.

Confirmation : To confirm your booking, please send an e-mail at least 2 Day  prior to tour date.  Please make sure you have a printed confirmation with you and present it to our staff at the meeting point.

Once booking confirmed, refunds are not available due to reservation requirement.

Drop off: After the tour, our guide and driver will drop you off at your the hotel.

Upon arrival to Heho Airport, station guide will welcome and proceed to Hotel check-in.  Then, start Inle excursion by motorized boat.  You will visit to floating plantations and garden, villages with leg rowing intha people, traditional ways of finishing, a unique production of lotus yarn, handloom weaving cottage with its own showroom, black-smith & cheroot-making industries, etc. You will visit Phaungdawoo Pagoda which houses the five most revered Buddha Images in the southern Shan State.

Lunch at Inn Thar Lay Restaurant .  Overnight in Nyaung Shwe.

After breakfast at Hotel, proceed to visit Pindaya which is a small picturesque town with panoramic mountain views.  You will visit to Pindaya cave, known to the world as the home of the countless Buddha Images. Explore around wonder of the mystery cave and nearby Pa O traditional paper umbrella making process.  After that, visit to “Tha Khin Ma Taung” an interesting religious place where Huge Buddha Statues has been built at the side of the Mountain with a variety of religious statues around.  Back to the Inle Lake.

Overnight at  Nyaung Shwe.

After breakfast at Hotel, transfer to Heho Airport for the flight to Yangon.
