Please come join our daytime or evening food tours through the neighborhoods that locals have been eating in for centuries.

All food tours include a variety of mouth-watering food tastings (enough for lunch or dinner), from a variety of renowned street food stalls (tasting of 5 – 6 local eateries). Along the way, you’ll learn about history, culture, and tradition of the country.

You will also have a good opportunity to take incredible photos during the tour.

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation : To confirm your booking, please send an e-mail at least 48 hours prior to tour date. Please make sure you have a printed confirmation with you and present it to our staff at the meeting point.  You need to inform your hotel name and room number also.
Pick up: Guide will meet you at your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time which will be informed to you by email before one prior to tour date.

Drop off: After the tour, our guide and driver will drop you off at your the hotel.

Itinerary

Our guide will meet you at Hotel lobby to start the amazing food tour with exploring   the crowded Yangon down town street food, stalls, and small local restaurants.
The very first visit will be the local wet market where you can wonder around a variety of street side vendors selling fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.  There you will also see many vendors selling popular local foods, such as pancakes, steamed rice cakes, steamed sticky rice with beans, Mohinga (rice noodles in fish soup), Ohn-no Kauk Swe (Coconut Noodles) and many deserts made by rice, jiggery and coconut.

You wOne of the most popular dish in Myanmar is Mohinga (rice noodles in fish You will be able to stop and taste some of these treats during the walk.
After that, will proceed to one of the most famous Myanmar restaurant, which specializes in traditional snacks, and have Myanmar snack and Tea.
Finally, transfer to Padomar or Shan Yoe Yar restaurant for Lunch or Dinner.
After that transfer back to the hotel.
